Keeper's Cottage Tour

You are currently standing in a replica keeper's cottage constructed by the Old Baldy Foundation in 2000 to house the Smith Island Museum of History.

The museum's permanent exhibit will narrate four centuries of Bald Head Island's history using artifacts from the Old Baldy Foundation's collections.
